My Policies   

• All Jo-Lyn Pet puppies are sold on a spay/neuter agreement per our CONTRACT.

• Show puppies are sold on a different contract.  The show agreement will allow either you or me to show the dog,
  your choice.   Because I  feel very strongly that only the very best puppies should be shown,
  it may take a little bit for me to find the 'perfect' puppy for you. Generally, pick males, and 2nd
  pick bitches are always available to show homes, unless previously spoken for.

• My puppies are raised in a home enviornment, and I expect them to be cherished family members.
  If you do not choose to treat your dog as such, you need not apply.

• All puppies are given full exams before going to their new homes, and are sold on a health guarantee..

• All puppies are socialized, played with, and go to work with me at least twice before leaving.

• I hope that my puppy people stay in contact with me, with pictures and stories.
  I love seeing and hearing them!

• I will ship to approved homes on American or Delta Airlines. This is approximately $225 -
  $350, (subject to change), depending upon the size of the crate.  I arrange all
  of this, and ship Delta Pets First (Collect) or by American Priority (Prepaid).

   My Procedures  

• When you contact me about a puppy, I will send you info on upcoming litters,
  most can be found on my website. I will ask you fill out my QUESTIONNAIRE, and mail it,
  or e-mail it to me, along with your deposit and your Deposit Contract. I currently require a minimum
  300.00 deposit to hold your puppy. This is rather like 'earnest' money on a home. I only take so many
   deposits per litter, and will refer anyone else on to other breeders. All puppies are sold at
  my discretion, and I retain the right to decline a sale of a pup to anyone at any time.

• Once your deposit is in, I will update you when I have puppies, and when I have a puppy for you.
  Full payment is expected by the time the puppy is 7 weeks old unless other arrangements
  have been made in advance. Puppies generally leave home after 9 weeks of age, once
  I figure out who should go where. I will keep them longer, or occasionally send them
  earlier under differing circumstances.

• Most puppies are sold in advance, and at the latest by the time the pups are 5-6 weeks old.
  So, I encourage you to get a deposit in early, even if you're not looking for a year or more.
  If you are looking much in the future, feel free to e-mail me for long-term plans, I do have them,
  they're just not on my website!!

in general. I will also gladly refer to other breeders, and will help you find a dog,
even in other breeds. Just ask!
